We collect only the personal data needed to run Transparent Space and work with our clients, we never sell it, and you can reach us at privacy@transparent.space.
Who we are
Moria Labs Ltda ("Transparent Space", "we") is a company based in Brasília, Brazil. We run transparent.space and the Transparent Space platform at app.transparent.space, which monitors on-chain liquidity and market maker performance for business clients.
We are the controller of the personal data described here, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Questions and requests go to privacy@transparent.space.
What we collect and why

We don't collect sensitive personal data, use advertising cookies or trackers, sell personal data, or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the platform, our communications and our internal work, under their terms: Amazon Web Services, Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Tiger Data, Google Workspace, and our AI assistants (Anthropic and OpenAI), which don't train on our data. SLA alerts are posted in private Telegram groups, which you join with your own Telegram account under Telegram's terms. We also disclose data when the law requires it.
International transfers. Our providers store data mainly in the United States and Japan. These transfers follow LGPD Article 33 and the ANPD's international transfer rules.
Your rights
Under LGPD Article 18, you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your data, and give you access to it
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary or excessive
- transfer your data to another provider
- tell you who we share your data with
- delete data processed with your consent, or let you withdraw that consent
Email privacy@transparent.space. We verify your identity, then answer within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Security, cookies and changes
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to the people who need it, and multi-factor authentication on our systems. The platform uses only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. If we change this notice, we update this page and the date at the top.
